Satisfaction Rating is used to measure how satisfied the survey-taker is with a given statement or scenario. The Satisfaction question type is available with the Advanced and Expert Plans.

  1. Number of Satisfaction Options - Select the number of Satisfaction Faces to appear, between 2 and 5.
  2. Reverse Order - Reverse the order of the satisfaction faces. (This feature is currently only supported in iOS version 8.2 or later)
