If your credit card is declined, you will receive an email informing you of the declined transaction. You should log in and update your credit card details immediately. 


The system will attempt to charge your card every day for 7 days or until the transaction has been approved. After the seventh failed attempt, your account will be suspended. When your account is suspended, all users will be disabled and you will not be able to access your surveys or responses. Only the Account Manager can re-enable a suspended account by logging in and updating the credit card details.
