If your client cannot log in to your White Label Web App with the username you created for them, they may have locked themselves out. If the user does not know the correct password, you can Reset the Client User's Password.

 

How to Unlock a Client User

 

1. Log in to the White Label Web App and click Users.




2. Locate the locked user click the Unlock button.



3. Click Confirm on the pop-up window that occurs.
