Our preferred method of payment is online by credit card. However, we also accept payment by check, wire transfer or electronic funds transfer, provided you are subscribing to an annual or Enterprise plan. When paying by check, wire transfer, or electronic funds transfer, a bank surcharge of $50 will apply. Payments must be received in full before an account can be upgraded.
In order to send an invoice for payment, we will require the following information from you:
- Contact Name
- Contact Email
- Company Name
- Full Company Address
- QuickTapSurvey Plan (Basic, Advanced, Expert, Enterprise)
- Number of Device Licenses
